I think just a timeframe for the resolution would set a lot of people at ease. If i knew it was going to be another 3 hours then i could rearrange my errands for later. If i can be on inside the next hour thoughi wont bother y’know?

How long can it take to fix this, its not the first time this problem happens. Nice when you have a day off and cant even play.

Man I really wanted to play now, typical Blizzard. But can you be mad at an Indie company with 1 Dev for all of WoW ?

I don’t know, I don’t work in server engineering so I’m not going to make assumptions on what they do or don’t know. It is however likely that if they did have a timeframe to estimate it would be expressed through the customer service.

Blizzard is a joke and should be ashamed of themselves.

Me too “We are aware of an issue affecting our authentication servers, which may result in slow or failed login attempts.

I guess ur right, respect to the one dev trying to fix

“A small indie company…”

hahaha billion $ company with always server issues who needs HOURS to fix something, i LOOOOOOVE to pay for that monthly…i desperately search for a new hobby…

finally !!

Ive made it in boys, good luck

Bro, with the weekly maintenance there is absolutely no excuse for such outage. It’s clearly a fault on their side, someone somewhere messed up. It happens but customers shouldn’t pay for it considering the amount of money we’re already paying (since 2005!!!).
