way round this for those who havent got in and have authenticator.
login to the game direct, forget battle net. then go open phone app go to authenticator and click enter code manually, enter the code and it let me in first time

And you’re a server engineer with in depth knowledge from the career to be able to make such a claim right? The fact is none of you have a clue what you’re talking about.
Also no, you agreed in your terms of service to the fact the game would both have scheduled maintenance and unforeseen downtime. If you don’t like it, stop paying but you won’t be reimbursed for something you have legally agreed to.
It might still take some time for things to fully recover, but you should be able to start logging in again now.

Not to sound like a Karen or anything, but recently the EU servers have been truly atrocious in terms of issues, maintenance and lag. Is there something bigger going on behind the scenes here? Have they changed contractors for their servers or?
Bit disheartening to have some time off work and not be able to play with friends.
