are battle pets avaible?
I just started cataclysm because i wanted to play this battle pets .
are not battle pets avaible?
or will it be avaible?
While companion pets should be available in Cata, pet battling was not introduced until Mists, so should not be available in Cata.
For example, I just logged in to Cata and can buy Hawk Owl in Darnassus as a companion, and I can Summon it, but it has no battle capability.

Obvious question:
If you want to do battle pets, why not do it in Retail?
