wait till you go 2500 and loose 300 rating for the exact same reason - you have like 6 ppl at 1800. same feeling. Is so obvious that this is made for faster Q times BUT is SOOOO WRONG !
Edit : believe me even 200 rating difference between the members of the same team is so obvious . Id say max 100 rating difference in the same team ! i really dont care about loger Q times !

yep, cose the lower rating ones know they will NOT loose any rating. so why bother pay atention ? the system is beyond broken.
