Battleground Blitz Queue Bugged

So since yesterday for one of my characters my battleground blitz queue has bugged and
!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE THERE IS NO OPTION TO OPEN A TICKET IN THE SUPPORT SYSTEM!!!

Now my evoker Aglivoker-TarrenMill everytime I queue as a healer i stay there forever, yesterday I waited 1hr and no queue pop up and today 31mins again no queue pop up so I logged on my monk and queued again as a healer and within 4mins my queue pop up so it’s clearly my evoker issue, where do I get help with this issue since I cannot open a ticket in game???

Hello Blizzard???!!? Is there any way to get help with this, does anyone even care??

I literally cannot play my character in a rated bg blitz game and STILL NO ANSWER?!?!?!
