Battle.net account hacked

Hi all,

2 days ago my battle.net account was hacked. After that i couldnt reach my account, when i try to log in it says there is no account related with that e-mail. I just have a mail in my mailbox about my account’s mail changed but before this mail there is no mail, no sms, no verification code from anywhere about changing. So i sent a ticket but even after 2 days passed i dont have any responses from support team about issue. Finally i have decided to try my chance from here because i guess it is an urgency but in that situation i cant take any response from support team.

All you can do is wait for your ticket to be answered and posting here WILL NOT get it answered sooner.

I know what should i do. I just wanted to verbalize the situation im in and questioning why customer service answers too late in urgencies?

Tickets get answered in the order they are made in, I don’t think Blizzard prioritise them.

A lot of tickets means increased wait times, and people make tickets for frankly stupid reasons.

4 days passed and still no response… where should i appeal to solve problem? Any advices? Just want help. I don’t wanna wait no more cause it feels ridiculous. Paying for quality game time? Yes it is okay but when your customer needs help, needs any authorized person to contact about problem there is no one here. What is happening?

Literally only way to handle any account issues is via tickets with support. There is no other means.

How many times? You cannot do anything until they get to your ticket.
