Hey. I’m having some ongoing issues with the Battle.net app and World of Warcraft (probably any online game, havnt played others). When playing I sometimes get booted out of both, disconnecting me from the game and not being able to load anything on the Battlenet app. I recieve the message “Oops something went wrong sorry we’re having some trouble right now. Please try again”. Then after a couple of minutes it loads again, and I can login to the game.
Obviously this is quite a concern when doing group content in the game as Ive been kicked from battlegrounds, instances etc. for being offline due to this.
I have contacted support in-game (multiple times) and done everything they said. Update drivers, verify files, run as admin etc. etc. and nothing has worked. Is there anyone who have had similar issues and found a fix? It’s driving me crazy by now not knowing when it will throw me out.
I had first dc in years this week. I have massive lagspikes every few hours that freezes screen few seconds and after that The whole guild pops up online all at once. Even though they where never offline. Just connected/disconnected/connected to Bnet. I also get the msg sometimes that disconnected from Bnet but also just reconnect again in the background. Weird stuff. I came here LF a fix aswell xD
I am having the same issues, randomly getting disconnected from the BNET app, and kicking me out of the game. Sometimes it happens hours intervals, sometimes within 10 mins of the last one. Cant figure out what is going on. only happened the last few weeks (since TWW)
Same stuff. And looks like it mostly affect ppl who live in EU region, however I play on CIS servers, and other ppl from there don’t have problems with dcs.
