Battlenet app does not connect

Hello

The Battlenet app on my android phone refuses to connect since the new content patch came out (warband, questline, etc). After long mns of “connecting”, it stops and just says “failed to connect”. Fortunatelly the autenticator part still works.
I’ve tried in 2 diferent wifi as well as 5G, no luck. Any ideas?

I realise you may already have tried all these steps but thought it worth mentioning in case.

This only made it worse! Now the app is demanding my email loging, sends the request to the autenticator, autenticator approves but the app never receives the approval!

Just to clarify: I get what I think is the same online login used here or on the account page. Enter email & password, code shows up but the autenticator notification that should pop up on the top of the phone does not pop up; I have to manually open the autenticator app to accept. I am now in the battle net site, but when I close it and try to enter the app, the whole problem starts again. I’m now stuck with using just the old stand alone autenticator

Edit: also reinstalled the battlenet app.

RE-EDIT: Just to re-report: I still can’t use the battlenet app, only shows the login site and never the app itself after.

Am now left with using the old autenticator that I still have in my phone.

RERE Edit, 22-8-2024: After unpteen tries, I finally managed to reinstall and enter the app, and active it’s internal autenticator. But the app itself is still stuck on “trying to connect”… so I’m back to square one.

But at least I now have it’s autenticator working, so I’ll just ignore that. It’s not like I need anything else from it…
