Battlenet app - HOURS WAITING?

My estimated time went from 30 min to 107. I got DC and then I’m in queue for 3 hours now. Get yourself together Activision-Blizzard. We are paying to be on a waitlist for hours. I’m starting to feel like asking a refund for Shadowlands and stop filling the pockets of a company that doesnt give a crap about costumers

Tip; click the offline choice on the battle.net queue, start wow and login through the new SL loginscreen the old way with e-mail and password. Got me right into server queue instead.

No need for that, just open game through Wow.exe instead. Queue for the game i can acept, but a 3 hour queue with no end at sight for the Battle.net app its just ridiculous. how much far down the pit can this company fall?

Quality service, mhm!

554 minutes here. Seems rather short if i consider some of you guys had around 100k.

This is a great tip. Even though one is offline, the client starts updating (in comparison with using the .exe way). Seems I’m in a 5 minute queue now.

EDIT: And I’m in, after about 5 minutes. Asked me for my authenticator code, had to click on the manual code-button on the app. Hope this works as well for everyone else.

555 min queues what the f…?!? Is this I subscribed for ? this is first yellow card for you blizzard. incompetent company.

I am in and can play, but 574 minutes for my wife, so basically I am just respec’ing my characters. After more than a decade of WOW, they still make a mess of patch day, one way or the other. That is besides the usual handful of new talents and thus the mandatory talent reset, changes in the addon API so at least 70% of your addons does not work and the rest of the ‘improvements’… In 1 or 2 weeks all will be normalized again, I hope

calling Blizzard incompetent is way too polite.

Who cares about WoW, I wanted to play 1-2 rounds of CoD, guess not… Maybe you guys realize that this is happening across the Battle.net platform and not because of your prepatch.

that is what makes it even worse.

I went from 22 min, to 175, to 254, and now it got me to 539 like seriously, The game is on my computer, I can’t play it because your battlenet app is broken, like wtf blizzard. I paid for my game. I want to play it. why can’t I simply login to play my game…

That worked a treat, nice one

anyoine having trouble loging in…

Go offline , get into login screen, type your password, use manually code from blizzard authenticator , get in game…

I am doing the same, but everytime I enter auth code manually it says it cannot log me it in with the code I just entered. Did you have same problem or smthn?

That worked (still needed to wait a short time to download an extra patch) and I’m not in - thank you!

Ok so i log in to the battle net app and its a busy day for blizz… an estimate wait time of 85166 minutes, after 2 and a half hour wait I got inside battle net app just to be kicked off by, battle.net needs to restart  and now Im in 555 minutes queue again.

Update: ok skiping battle net and go offline and sign in works without any queue.

That’s why I started playing Eve Echoes (mobile version of Eve Online).
My subscription wow is ending soon, seeing the wait times posted here, won’t experience the prepatch before expiration LOL.

Good luck with The Shadowlands
