Regarding that, Blizzard intentionally changed so that you can only buy gametime blocks of 2 months at once with BNET Balance only some long while ago. BNET Balance can not be billed with a subscription model.
For feedback you’ll need to post this elsewhere or submit a suggestion through the ingame box as Support doesn’t take feedback.
