Battlenet doesnt show me the main wow licence on live wow!

Same, I have 3 wow accounts on 1 battlenet account.

My main account expires in 24 days but is no longer visable for retail, but it is for classic.
My second account has an active subscription and is visable for both.
The 3rd is inactive and visable for both as well.

I think I’m having a similar issue, it’s showing me TTW shop page on the Bnet app as though I don’t have the expansion (I do), however I can play both retail and classic fine?

Edit: Also if I go to the Classic page it’s giving the the subscription offers (even though I’m already Subbed)

+1 here but found a work around


You can brute force the realm by doing the below and then launching the wow.exe and logging in manually.

  • Open the CONFIG.WTF file found within your WTF folder.
  • Edit this line: SET portal "US" to say SET portal "EU"
  • Save the file and use wow.exe to launch

Yeah definitely not worth reinstalling anything this is a config bug they need to fix.

Both me and my wife’s account have the same problem. Doesnt show our live accounts so we cant play :confused:

guys listen up.
dont log through battlenet. log with wow.exe and you can choose there.

Same here. Main WoW account is missing in the launcher, can only select starter accounts.

Already tried signing out and in of battle.net, no luck.

Tried logging directly into the game, but immediately get disconnected with BLZ51914400 after authenticator code.

That doesn’t work for me, WoW launches without me logged in and only offers WOW 1 as a region.
