Battlenet doesnt show me the main wow licence on live wow!

hi. im trying to log in to my main account and only in live wow doesnt show as a choice. i only got wow1-wow2 etc some free accounts i had . anyone else with this problem?

edit. found a solution. you have to log with wow.exe rather than battle net and it lets you choose there. shoutout to Atonement.

edit2. if you still cant log in you might want to do the other steps aswell that Atonement described. i paste here.

Open the CONFIG.WTF file found within your WTF folder.
Edit this line: SET portal "US" to say SET portal "EU"
Save the file and use wow.exe to launch

Same problem. battlenet is connected to europe, so thats not the problem

Yep. As of 10 mins ago. Realised that the only option available from the launcher is the US one (had just clicked on that assuming it was the usual EU one).

(Or yes, the US Starter one probably as other people are saying).

I have the same issue.

On Live/Retail I only see my two EU/US starter accounts.
But on Classic I also see my main account.

Account is perfectly active in the account management.

Retail wow says my subscription has expired and when I login goes to the character creation screen. I can play MOP just fine and my subscription is paid till Jan 29th 2026…

When I go to change realm only US, Oceanic, Latin America and Brazil show up

Same here, says connected to Europe but the battlenet app shows me trailers from TWW like its my first time opening it and it auto connects me to US, cant chose EU above the play button either, its just World of Warcraft

Same for me as well, glad it’s not just me. Have repaired and reinstalled the launcher, and deleted the cache, with no luck :frowning:

same here, can’t see my main EU account, and also can’t see NA account
