I can read that you wont give a vessel back if you get disconnected in a vision, but it would be fine if the problem would’ve been on my end but now it’s your servers that are going down for whatever reason and for that i would say it would only be fair to give a vessel back. These DCs are getting ridicoulus for a big Company like yours…

Although it hasn’t happened to me I’ve had a few dc’s early has well, with even a queue to login!..
This is some careless undertaking I’ve seen lately
I got dc’d with my priest as well during visions and whole battlenet was down AKA not my problem but their “big company” problem but yes did not even bother to ticket them as lately they dont give a damn about players problems.
The next run “big company” servers lag-spike caused me to loose my insanity and proc my “free death” so nowadays i dont expect anything of them.
Ive also accidentally looted the major nzoth invasion chest that contains a vessel while i had 5 vessels on my bank and that vessel was not mailed back to me, again they dont care customer support is not existent these days.
Not to mention i looted the 5 pvp essence items on pvp chest, but not on priest. They kept trying to convince me its a bug i got the pieces and i was supposed to not take them, at the fourth ticket they started threatening me they will take monk’s essence pieces back.
