this window/box/whatever would turn green and if i clicked the battlenet app my pc would freeze. this happened during some kind of livestream on the battlenet app i think? cuz when i clicked the battlenet app it started playing a livestream and i didnt have any streams open on my browser.

same thing happened to me yesterday. after poking around i found a thread on the us forums. for me, it got fixed when i updated my nvidia driver. windows said i was up to date, but upon checking the nvidia site, i found that there was a version i was missing (452.06). downloading that and installing it manually (.exe file) got my issue fixed up immediately after. a system restart was necessary
