Battle.net Language Settings - Getting E-mails From Other Languages

Hello everyone,

First of all, I created my account on Turkey but I had to move to Qatar. After I moved to Qatar, Blizzard changed my country setting to Qatar after like 1-1,5 year, before it was Turkey. Since 1 year they started to send e-mails in Arabic language which is I don’t understand and my Battle.net announcements, advertisements, etc. turned to Arabic as well. I send many tickets about this issue but they still did not fix it. They are just saying try to change your language setting to english (it was english already and still on english). It is really annoying to get e-mails, seeing announcements and advertisements from the language you don’t understand and it is really annoying to not getting any help from Blizzard Team about it. Is there any person facing with same issue just like me? What is your opinion about this issue?

A lot of this will probably just be repeated information you’ve already had from support but the places I can find language settings are:-

Launcher (I use the beta launcher so it may be different colours to yours)

Account Settings

In Game (hit Esc > Systems > Languages)
