It’s been two bloody months since this cropped up, how is this still an issue?
I cant install any game updates because of this, the work around doesn’t work anymore because there is a legitimate game update that needs to install but the launcher will not move off of Initializing.
When is this going to be fixed, I can’t play the damn game anymore!

Tried that, and completely uninstalled and reinstalled Bnet. It took about an hour for the process to finish initializing and I had to completely uninstall wow TBC classic before it would start to update my retail wow. After I exited retail wow again it’s just gone straight back to initialising on Bnet and isn’t moving.
Got the Dx info, do I need to put it through on a ticket?

You can attach your system files (preferably both msinfo and dxdiag if you’re on Windows) to a site similar to Pastebin. Then just give us the link, so that we can look into it.
