Battlenet Stuck on 'updating blizzard agent'(solved)

I'm totally rubbish on computers so no idea what I've done.

Battlenet was suck on some update for about 2 hours so decided to reinstall it.

Now it gets stuck on 'Updating blizzard agent'.

I read in the help section i needed to get some logs off my computer so hear they are.

Fixed it by deleting 'C:\ProgramData\Balle.net'

and deleting C:\ProgramData\Battle.net worked like a charm thanks man

I tired doing this 3 times, but im still stuck

Hey Jammabannana,

In addition to deleting the Battle.net Cache as suggested, please delete the Battle.net Files as well. Test once more afterwards.

there's something wrong here nenyasqi, i've deleted everything battlenet related and still mega slow downloading like 16% takes 90 mins

deleting C:\ProgramData\Battle.net worked for me as well

What c:\programdata folder?
