BC Classic Character Transfers no end date

Greetings,

BC Classic character transfers are unavailable since April 30th and yet have no return date.

Is there any feedback on this service return? Is it returning soon, somwhere during pre patch, only after BC classic launch or there’s no possible estimation on this service?

Character transfers were available when the servers initially came up, they’ve since been taken back down so i assume there’s some sort of issue with them at the moment, although i’m yet to find any solid information on this as of yet.

I keep checking the in game shop and twitter and the USA forums and can’t find any decent information.

I’m not expecting a specific date or time… an official “soon” or “in a few days” or even “after BC launch” would be better than no information…

Just to confirm, Paid Character Transfers are available in this region again. Update for May 20 at 2:00am CEST: The issues affecting Paid Character Transfers continue to be investigated and we don’t know when they will be available. Thank you for your continued patience.
