Bear/Cat spec macro icon that changes image

/run SetSpecialization(GetSpecialization()==2 and 3 or 2)

So this macro swaps spec between cat and bear.

I just wonder if I can have the image of the macro icon change to a cat picture when I go into cat spec and vice versa for bear, should be possible right ?
