It’s most likely not on purpose (you made a similar error with lacerate and mangle) but you’ve put the bears’ best offensive rune and best defensive rune on the same slot (chest).
Every raid wants windfury. So bears (especially alliance bears that lack shamans) will be demanded to use the “Wildstrikes” run instead of “Survival of the Fittest” since you added both on the same slot.
Both runes are massive. Can you either change the spot on one of them or make one of them a core ability?
