Can we get a skill book that makes Shred usable from any direction or when we get a flanking buff from some proc?
How about a bleed damage increase tuning?
Something?
We get to no longer use Skull Bash in PvP because we cannot afford the DPS loss of Mangle when it’s already in the dirt.

They really had so many options to improve feral in pvp and/or pve and they just decided to implement a change, that solves no problems for bear in pve and screws cats in pvp. blows my mind, how out of touch blizzard is with some specs.
