11.0.5 changes for BM is my fav.

I want to play my hunter because it was my first lv 80
It seems that Hunter in general is being adressed. I’ve seen the BM changes, although it’s still very early and nothing is confirmed as far as I understood. The general changes to BM seems promising, I hope they could adress the class fantasy with Dark Ranger a bit more. I think massively expanding the glyph system could help a lot here across all classes and specs. Let’s wait and see how this pans out.
I would love to see our Turtle having a glpyh for a dark version… just imagine playing sylvanas transmog and having this outdated green turtle main deff cd…
class fantasy means nothing if it dose no dmg in any situation which is what is going to happen after the reset.
i wont be happy with anything less than a flat 80% buff to the spec at a minimum anything less and its still a dead spec
The truth is out and I have to say I’m so extremely disappointed. It feels like they missed an enormous opportunity here and in some cases they made things even worse.
Blizz, what are you doing?! It’s like they don’t understand what the hunter class, both in terms of fantasy and in terms of mechanics, is supposed to be.
Get your act together, Blizz. We are not amused.
I just tried my BM hunter again only to drop it INSTANTLY. I hate the idea of having a zoo fight for you, I want to see the exotic pets I worked so hard to get, not random animals on my screen.

I’ve been encountering two bugs or ‘features’ as of lately and asking if anyone else here gets these?:
If I attack any mob with Kill Command first, the mob will reset itself and bosses also. I’ve been searching if anyone else is having same issue? Seems that some 10 years ago there is a thread in MMO-CHAMPION about it, but nothing recent. I have to attack with autoattack or some other skill first as a starter in fights. This happens everywhere.
Another bug or feature is that my tenacity pet or any other pet won’t keep aggro or generate threat even in misdirection. I know that in TWW pet aggro and pet health has been an issue when one hits lvl80. But this is new, in delves I notice that pet is like in passive mode attacking and mobs won’t aggro to pet even with misdirection and all mobs start hitting first Bran and then me. I can outlevel and kill mobs till delve +9 but after that their dmg is pretty tough. When pet could keep aggro I could do +11 delves and ? Zekvir. Now those are out of question.
What is going on? These two new ‘features’ are really bugging me. Anyone else having these issues? Seems like pet is stuck in passive and can’t use Kill Command anymore as a starter of rotation.
You could just… apply Glyph of the Dire Stable to you Dire Beast - which will turn any pet you summon into whatever is in your stable. This applies to both Call of the Wild and Dire beast. It doesn’t help with the Zoo part but at least its the ones you like.
But twenty Loque’nahaks is funny to see
My biggest gripe with BM is that it has a massive “feel” issue.
Pressing any of its abilities feels like nothing. There are no “highs” in the gameplay. You’re either contempt that your buffs are rolling, or sad that you dropped one.
And then on top of that it is still plagued with age old and outdated rules like :
“no, we will NOT move BL from the pet onto the hunter as an ability. Please just use ferocity”
“No, we will not let your pet swap between tenacity,ferocity and cunning in a form of a stance or similar . You have to summon/dismiss at awkward moments”
Honestly just give hunters the spells and abilities. let the pets benefit from those that it fits.
Still doesn’t help, I always match my transmogs etc. with the pets I have, this is ridiculous and unfun, whoever thought that this is good fantasy needs to be fired…
Been levelling my BM Hunter during these time walking / anniversary xp buffs and I must say its damage feels non existent. I don’t know if i’m missing some huge rotation of BM but I’m being out performed by basically all classes.
One main issue I have with it is it’s reliance on the pets (somewhat understandable considering the flavour of the class) but to then have a bunch of your moves just not work if your pets are unable to get to the target is bad design. I’ve had fights where my pet has been on stairs while I’ve stepped off them like a meter away and the pet has had ‘no path’ to the target essentially making me useless due to buggy terrain.
Honestly I wish pets just ‘teleported’ to your target on kill command even if it would somewhat ruin the immersion of the fight.
Pet’s also don’t jump down when you do
I noticed in dungeons like dire maul if you don’t dismiss your pet it comes back with half the dungeon behind it . Almost like it ran trough the whole dungeon getting back to you
Warlocks also have the same problem
the a.i pet sometimes is dumb and get’s stuck
