Before it happens: PvP crafts are gone in TWW

I love the system as it allows me to adjust my stats more. I don’t like stacking vers too high and without crafts and stacked vers meta will be extremely slow.

Basically what happened is that there are no Conquest Trophys like in Dragonflight. Blizzard please keep them in the game - the system is great and makes gearing one of the best in all expansions.

You on aboot the embellishments? or crafted gear in general?

They need to return reforging → and expand it.

I actually researched it more and I found there are PvP crafts but they are only one set for each armor type. Embelishment types are also few. The good part is that weapons can be crafted now too.

Its not about carft, it’s about balance

It would be great if pvp crafting cost only pvp currency. it was not pleasant to see when smth like centaur necklaces started to cost 16k gold instead of 100

Yes, it’s just baseline now and does not require an item to be crafted on.

I did more research.

  1. Precog is a meta gem and there is a choice between:

-3% extra crit damage
-6% extra speed
-3% maximum mana
-precog
-15% less damage in stuns
-that embelishment that nobody plays it that when you get snares next hit will deal extra damage

  1. You don’t need to get sockets from the vault. Now if you want to socket PvP gear you guy special item that only works on PvP gear (and crafted PvP gear - more about it later).

  2. There is one more socket. You can have 2 sockets in neck and each ring so overall 1 more but you lose one in neck.

  3. There is crafted gear however it’s only one set of items. So no more checking every embelishment like in DF. You buy special token for honor/conquest and you are free to craft a piece. You can put one of the embelishment available for it:

-increase the power of meta gem (crit, movement speed, max mana)
-proc elemental damage based on your sockets
-give a small shield if you drop below 15% hp
-give extra mastery over 90% hp
-give extra vers over 90% hp

  1. There are also crafted weapons with and you can put another embelishment into it. When dealing damage it procs your highest 2ndary stat.

Overall it’s a good change because there are no Sparks. My only issue is that the PvP mats have no type like different trophies of conquest. No 1, 2, 3. It has one price for legs and rings.
