i didnt communicate in retail i just did timewalks
You can receive warnings from other WoW editions, see below.
As you’ve also played retail this is not unlikely that you can receive warnings across WoW versions. No communication is required to report another.

just disable all in game chats - interactions are not worth risking your account.

Were there lvl 11 twink in any of these, that would explain the reports if you said or did something that annoyed them as it can be boost group cheesing the scaling. I end in one of these groups through dungeon finder yday, noticed the lvl 11 twink and that ppl were not moving from the instance start so I just left before I get mass reports from some group for asking them that why are they not moving.

Just ignore it. Its someone reporting you for the lamest reason. Its not worth getting worried about it. Its not a strike on your account.
A report usually takes a couple minutes/hours to register, and for some reason it “duplicates” from retail to classic.
So if you get reported in retail it will pop-up again in classic the first time you log in, but don’t worry, it’s the same report showing twice (It’s account related rather than game related).
Report was probably made in between your last retail and last classic log in session.

The report system is at least partially automated with no meaningful investigation taking place. There are also groups of players who gather together to find random players to stalk, harass and try to get banned under false pretenses for their own amusement due to how readily the report system can be exploited.

Until further notice yes, nothing anyone can do about it either. Its a warning and I dont know if anyone knows if those are automated or if some gm has actually taken look at something related you and decided give warning. If youre not done anything and something happens to you then you make ticket. I doubt anyone here knows the exact specifics of any blizzard systems anyway and Im not sure even if did if we would be allowed to discuss of the specifics of them 
I would advice just let it be and continue play, if you think you havent done anything then you just continue playing like so far and shrug at it and make a ticket later if something does happen to you. Thats about all there is to it.

It would have to be something interpret as bad of the other player which is not too hard to interpret something as negative so be mindful what you say.
they fired most of CM years ago . nobody is reviewing anything - you just get generic AI response if you appeal those.
they just dont care - so dont risk it - disable in game chats.
Im also leaning towards somekind of automated warning if enough are made in short time which happens constantly in soloqs for pvp.
