Reached Renown 7 with Manaforged Vandals, completed Behind Enemy Lines II outside Manaforge Omega, at Shadow Point, but not getting the extra 3% buff.
Currently sittinng at 3% buff instead of the new 6%.
Edit: Now I see the quest on the map but when I get close nothing is there.

“GM” Told me that can be phasing issue etc because i see q on map but cannot take it but as far i know this quest is auto accept when u hit rank 7 poped for some friends inside raid but not for me.
Edit: after reset i thought it meaybe be fixed but no rank 8 still 3%
I actually auto completed the quest while in raid and thought nothing of it. It’s only when I returned to second day of raiding that I noticed I didn’t have the buff.
I also ran the script to see if I had completed (I am 100% sure I did) and it returns as false.
I see the quest on the map and I see the NPCs there too, just no quest. Only quest available is the mythic skip one.
GMs told me to wait for reset yet nothing. They say they passed the issue to the WoW meaning they are not even part of the WoW Team so I am confused since there zero communication from the WoW Team acknowledging this issue either.
For me personaly Those “GM” arent GM anymore just copy paste.
This is still not fixed, not able to pickup the the quest still, tried the suggested story mode, party sync with someone ready to turn it in.
This is very frustrating missing 3% Raid heal/damage currently
Same issue here, can’t get the quest - can see it on the map outside. Reported to gm via ticket and also submitted bug report

This is a very frustrating issue, dont have an account to post on US Forums, feels like this is going under the radar completely
This is still not fixed, raiding without 3% Damage/healing compared to the rest is not fun
where fix? i lost my raidspot, wife and job. and all just because i green parse without 6% buff

It looks like this has been reported to our developers, and so we’ll need to wait for their investigation. Meanwhile, it looks like some players are able to fix this issue by using story mode.

I’ve seen that comment on Wowhead regarding story mode, but what does this actually mean? You just enter and leave? Do you have to kill the boss? Because I’ve entered Story Mode and finished the quest to kill Dimensious in 4 chars and nothing.
It does not fix it in story mode, i’ve tried this fully clearing lfr and story mode last boss multiple times - you dont get the quest thats the issue. so we are forever behind 3%

still not fixed. rocking that -3% damage on dimensius progress is real fun for my guild
Still not fixed, massively concerning as the next buff will drop tomorrow/wednesday and we’re concerned if we’re just going to be stuck at 3% or only get 6% when everyone else is at 9%
We are now at the 3rd week and have completed the Behind the enemy lines III! for the 9% buff - and as expected, its only 6% 
still 3% behind everyone else. this is honestly a joke
6% after completing. we’re probably killing dimensius this or next week. thanks for the raidbuff blizzard. really happy you can’t fix this thing for 3 weeks straight
