Hey, I have a problem because the Quest Line took me to the land of Bel’ameth, I normally gave the quest there and at that moment my computer turned off, after returning to the game in Bel’ameth I have no quests, no question marks 
Do I need to complete any side missions to unlock access to the quest line in Bel’ameth? But I guess not since I could give the first quest there. Is this some kind of bug? Can you suggest something?
There are only 4 quets there. It was a bit short and perfunctory for such a big thing.

You didn’t say which quest you handed in.
You should be able to check the availability of all 4 quests from the comment.
