I am a somewhat active player and would like to do some amount of content before the very end of an expansions lifecycle… Currently it drives me crazy how Beledars Spawn is always killed within 2 minutes. No one announces. No one waits. You get the chance basically 3 times a day at max.
Would be solved by having one spawn location, shield, status change (orange to red). Or some other creative measure the designers could come up with.
It deeply annoys me that the community is that toxic/selfish and doesn’t even wait a minute.
Its a rare elite that most can prob solo now, I took him down to 60% in blues. From EA I have seen and killed him 3 times… there is no big deal, just have to be in the zone and on one of his spawns at the right time…
A 2-3 minute shield would help a lot. I got him a while ago by joining or creating lots of Beledar raid groups 10-15 mins before his spawn time. Most of the time the groups are pretty effective at spreading out across the spawn points and sharing a map pin to where he’s spawned. They’re not always so great at waiting and tagging, rather than insta-nuking, but there’s usually time to get there.
I’m on Silvermoon, whenever he spawns someone pinned him and shouted in general chat. A few times people waited over 5 minutes after he spawned As far as my experience goes, people warn and wait.
And yet, the one time Ihave found him, I have announced his location once and have waited. And waited. And announced it once more. And then I continued waiting. And this was the day on which I learned that Beledar’s Spawn does actually despawn after a couple of minutes.
I agree with the sentiment, but just thought it was kind of funny that no one would show up for a rare that is so hyped up.
… not sure if this helps, but I would always join a group and then we are at all the spawn points - maybe look for a group circa 15 minutes to go …
There tends to be good vibes and we all try to wait till all get there before it’s pulled - not every time though!
The solution is right there and @Nilari said it: Join a group that forms 2-3 minutes before it spawns. There is always at least one 40man raid, and more are forming when it fills. Those groups not only mention where it spawns, but they also wait for everyone to gather there before attacking it.
