I plan to make a horde character, a belf demon hunter. Will I be able to unlock the heritage armour on him, even though demon hunters start at lvl 98?
From what I understand you only need to level from the start for Allied races to get the armour.
@Kyler: Yes, as blood elves are an old race and they have different rules than the allied races.
For the older races Heritage armor the requirements are different from the Allied Races.
For Dwarf and Blood Elf, you need to be exalted with your home faction and be level 120, that’s it 
Getting a blood elf demon hunter up to 120 will work fine, you just need to also get that demon hunter to Exalted with Silvermoon as well to get access to the questline.
