Hi, i am a lvl 40 belf mage and i am still unable to learn teleport thunderbluff, i have every other city except that. i cannot find a solution to this and am wondering if this is some bug or that its normal that no mage can teleport there?
EDIT: I HAVE BEEN to the cave of Undeads in thunder bluff where the mage/portal trainers are. the portal trainer isnt even giving me the option or showing me the option to learn a portal.
If you are going to the one in the cave at spirit rise then you should report it as a bug if it’s not there.
Yep thats the one, taught by Birgitte Cranston (the Undeads in the cave) i have even checked wowhead etc, and all races can seem to learn it except the elves, ive reported it and hope they fix it.

I’ve only seen wowhead posts asking where she is. nothing about not being able to train. But they are very old.
Though it does say Taurens and Orcs can learn it.
It did say level 30 needed but when I look at Birgitte it says you need to be level 50.
I also remember one of the Alliance teleports requires a much higher level too.
that is strange, i just dont understand why every other city is trainable other than thunderbluff

Teleport is normally 20, with one exception being 30. Darnassus / Thunder Bluff.
Portal is 40-50 the same way.

Did You go to that cave inside one of cliffs with undead mages inside?
First get level 50 <3
Then search the guard to ask where mage trainer is. When you are on top of the plateau find the cave near/under a bridge. And there should be a portal trainer happily taking your gold to teach the portal spell. Cheers <3
