Title. In short, you cannot cast Consume Magic spell in dungeons, this really needs to be fixed!

The error message is: “There is nothing to dispel” when there clearly are. The spell is working fine in open world, but its not working in dungeons, dont know about raids.
Please fix this, its sad to see other races spells working like they should be and we have only one special spell usable in dungeons!
Oh, trust me, it does not work in the world most of the time either. At least not for my poor belf priest who’s basically given up on the spell enitrely. And I jumped through all hoops reporting it too, no change. Strangely enough it was never a problem before entering Outland for the first time.
