Hello I cant choose which class to play for World PvP. I would like to walk in SV or Outland and kill anything ,red" what will move.
I don´t want caster Class because of mana issues.
Warlock would be all right, but I just dont want Warlock (personal reasons).
I know many players will say definately Rogue, but I somehow dont know play Rogue that well, I feel that Rogue needs special type of skill to kill enemy, but maybe Im wrong. If you want, you can tell some very good pros and I will think about that.
Hunter no, because I very much don´t like to permanently running away from enemy. But same like Rogue, maybe someone will gives me very good tip and I will like that.
Im now leveling Druid and Warrior. Both low lvl yet, but I so much cannot choose between these two. But at first I have to say other thing and so its lucky situation, because these both Classes can be Tanks (yes I want to be Feral if I will choose Druid) and I would like time to time Tank some Dungeons or even Raids.
But more important for me is that World PvP. I feel, that Druid is very slow and colorful. I know I will not perma powershift CatForm and Mangle, Mangle. I will have to sometimes Bear Form, sometimes heal myself, sometimes kitting with Roots, Cyclone, then travel Form, etc… So I will have issue already with one enemy, but in world there can be 2 or more enemies same time. Thats why I think about Warrior. I imagine him slashing everything with two hand weapon, not waiting for mana, need only healing potions in bag, even normally using potions (because Druid has to change out of Form to use pot), has brutal non stoping dmg, Plate Armor, Spell Reflect (and other amazing abilities, even as Tank !).
And thats all. I really would like to hear some good tips, because I would like to finally start properly leveling something which I will finish nad ENJOY to play ! Thanks all !
Rogue and druid. Being able to choose when and where to fight is by far the biggest advantage you can have in world pvp. That said, if you start leveling now there probably won’t be much world pvp left by the time you reach 70 and have ok gear, unless you count killing bots as world pvp.
Anything horde for world pvp. You can do your quests with very few enemies in the area, or attack some of those if you feel like that. If you get into a fight that is somewhat tight, there will always be a friend nearby to help you out. Plus you get better racials for PvP to begin with.
Pick warrior and you’ll never kill anyone potent as you will be perma outranged and outkited, 2h means nothing and plate means nothing if you can’t connect and hit target.
Rogue, Mage, Warlock, Druid is your beest bet in tbc for open world pvp. Nothing comes close I am afraid and all have their str and weaknesses.
only rogue pro that u need to know is that for pvp improved ambush can easily do 4k crits if u spec into it properly, which is enough to delete most casters u meet on the open world. also stunlocks
I will tell you, from my experience of playing this game 15 years and having a playstyle of world PvP and dueling as my main focus. The absolute best class for this is a Druid. You can pretty much escape every bit of trouble you encounter, you have a stealth to pick and choose your fight. You counter rogue hard with bear form and big armor and bleeds, you are immune to slows when you get the hang of shifting with travel form, you cannot be poly’d, you have cyclone to reset in 1v1 situations and healing. In my opinion if it’s world pvp what you crave go for Druid. Rogue is a close second. The main attributes for a good world pvp class is Mobility, self healing, cc and strong defensives. Druid has them all.
