What s the best enchant to apply on Worldbreaker 2h mace from SSC as an Arms Warrior?
Does Mongoose work well with the weapon RNG proc itself?

For pure dps mongoose is the best.
For pvp savagery might be situationally better since it wont be wasted ever if you gert ccd etc

One in the bag with weapon-chain vs Warriors does the trick ^^
I just assumed a Stormherald was equipped for everything else.

Well, I have worldbreaker with mongoose and I can tell that I’ve never seen the weapon RNG proc.
I think that mongoose is the reason.
It is quite easy to spot. You do a thunderclap animation when it procs.
