MW Monk is better than you might think. Really it counters alot of classes. Does it die ? Yes, but is it hard to catch a good MW? Yes. Casters really can’t kill MW reliably without overextending. Like I said in the video, It’s above Holy paladin and under the S tiers.
I could have put MW Monk in B+ but since I did A and B, It means that it is more towards the A tier instead of the B tier for me.
Be more confident ! MW Monks are great just not on par with the S tiers.
Yeah, I feel people are sleeping on it.
People also sleep on healers, ‘‘it’s not a healing meta’’. Well a healer that ONLY heals and is not an active support to the team, doesn’t contribute alot. ( Resto druids has alot of cc, Priest also, Shaman a bit less but contribute in damage and big annoying cd’s like Grounding, Monks have the mobility and the cc to contribute in a fight etc etc.) Really in 2s, your healer should be your second dps in alot of match ups ( Resto Shamans with their legendary + night fae, can overtake alot of dps’s in early game).
The ‘‘God-Tier’’ druid supposedly is is inaccurate and pure imbecility. A Druid does not have much impact on a 2v2 fight. Atleast vs a Windwalker it can provide a slight win condition that is by far not worthy of a ‘‘God-Tier’’. Healer generally don’t have much impact since the changes on the offensive versality-scaling.
You don’t agree? If you played rdruid vs WW you know the condition but outside of that it’s underwhelming, Tier lists are rarely accurate since they don’t feature a situation
With a hunter I guess, but that spec can not do much except incaping WW and Cyclone Frosttrap
A Druid can get swapped or oneshottet quite easily, also MW comps turned out to counter Surv so this list is one-sided. Especially with the 9.1.5 Fleshcraft changes I highly question Rdruids 2v2 potential
You sure about disc being S tier for 2s? It felt kinda meh compared to rdruid, rshaman or monks. The healing output is terrible and mana regen sux. Going NF would help, but then I lose the burst of mind games, which is the only real dmg disc has with all its pve dmg nerfs.
It’s a ranking, Imo Disc is super strong in the right hands and really It is a fantastic spec to play.
Mana regen isn’t such an issue anymore, it has tools to be able to close out games faster than dampening games.
