So from what I’ve seen in some youtube vids is that the 4 set bonus(purple infernal thing) resets the cooldown on Rain of Chaos talent. I haven’t tested this but, coupling that with Wilfred’s legendary could make that legendary better than Cinders legendary in almost all situations as bis legendary. Anyone tested it?
Says Wilfred’s for M+ and AoE, Cinders for ST.
