currently level 36 i use demo in dungeons cause i find it to be the best (might not be im sure if im wrong ill be corrected) but i find demo isnt very good questing i still have not tried the other spec but as im getting higher levels demo just isnt very good questing im hoping some of you guys with better knowledge of the game would be able to tell me whats the best for questing
Give Affliction spec a try use your void walker tank pet dot everything up and let it do the work .
Destruction.
Demonology and affliction are slow ramp up damage but all are very good depending on quests if your in a area with a lot of mobs close together try picking demonology and just fire away keeping your imps up and keep imping going! just keeping going endless and you feel like a train with no brakes!
Affliction is good for that tougher single enemies using your voidwalker tank pet to hold boss as puts all dots on it then heal pet when needed then heal self
you can also pull many together too using void tank putting a dot on all then using seed of corruption and phantom singularity works awesome too but you don’t feel as much like a train with no brakes 
Destruction used a lot when enemy mobs are kinda far and sparse as chaos bolt is like a mini nuke (even more so with warmode pvp talent for 65% more damage!) if you desire more power for the cost randomly imploding to a much higher player…power comes at a cost.
it all comes down to you find what you like and feel comfy with try to find your groove with a spec twink around with talents to what you feel comfy with

all 3 are perfectly viable but I always love my affliction cos you can dot 4-5 mobs and giggle as they are all going to die, whether they like it or not. I tend not to use my voidy unless its a big bad elite … damaging pets just kill things even quicker. In all honesty, pick any of em.
demonology is always nice, as it feels more warlocky, afflict kinda reminds me of poisons rather than curses etc, and destruction just reminds me of fire mages. For pure class identity, demonology fits the best. For enjoyment, I always go affliction.
I personally had a blast with Demo and found it to be the best while leveling for both questing and dungeoning. If you run with Felguard as a pet and talent Bilescourge Bombers and Demonic Calling, and at 60 Soul Strike, then it really is a pice of cake ^^
Althrough, when I leveled my Lock there was issues with the Voidwalker. It died super fast and couldn’t hold aggro (I don’t know if they fixed that by now), so maybe thats why I found Demo easier.
Go with what ever you enjoy, desto is fast paced but I find the rotation a little coma inducing (boring). I don’t like affliction personally as it’s pretty much just watching ticks.
I love demo absolutely adore it’s new incarnation and when you get the ramp up right when you have a literal army of demons kick the day lights out of an enemy it’s so so SOOOOOOOO satisfying.

Go demonology with succubus pet and Pleasure Through Pain PvP talent which you can get at level 40, then your spec will be much faster and you will kill mobs very quickly. This strat won’t work in dungeons though because pvp talents are not working there. I found that demonology setup is fastest from any warlock spec for leveling.

All the specs work well for questing really.
