I’m play rogue as outlaw . It had many 4-5 poisons types…
I suck choose what best… I used wound poison + numbing poison.
Want poison them for great AoE or single target too. If you could help me!

According to https://www.wowhead.com/guide/classes/rogue/outlaw/rotation-cooldowns-pve-dps, Instant Poison. It does more damage than Wound Poison, and the healing reduction is very rarely useful: Few mobs heal; even fewer mobs inevitably heal.

Now I’m no rogue expert but according to wowhead instant poison and atrophic poison seem to be the way to go.
I can see arguments for crippling poison as it slows some of the enemies’ DPS, but it doesn’t increase their cooldowns and doesn’t help your tank survive burst damage. Although if there are 2+ rogues in the party/raid it is probably worth to have one of each.
Depends on the content. Doing M+ with Sanguine? Take wound poison for trash, swap to instant for bosses. Doing raid? Usually instant poison, but in some scenarios you want wound poison, think assault boss last raid tier to prevent healing.
