I am a long time player comming back. I am thinking about playing causal pve and i wanna play the best class. At it seems MM hunter does most dmg. There seem to be alots of complain about frost mage and some complain about Aff warlock.
Can I even play my frost mage which is what I want to play or should I got with MM hunter or some other S-tier dps class.
I love casting my snowy ice cold magic of death but apperently thats a meme if it’s not jaina AoEing an entire expansion
Balance Druid, MM Hunter and Unholy DK are the current OP DPS
according to the wowhead post, during this mythic raid week, after lots of tunings came in, the current 5 best dps specs are as follows:
1- Arcane mage (I know right? Who would have thought).
2- Feral Druid
3- Affliction warlock
4- Unholy dk.
5- Shadow priest.
Holy rogues are the current meta.

They actually were quite solid in shadowlands from the beginning. But balance was just better. Now, i guess they’re the best spec for once.
i meant all the time in bfa they were considered hard to play right and even with that in mind quite low output
only bright spot was some BoTE essence in s3 if i remember what my feral buddy said me, but still wasnt enough for them to shine
now they are in the spot light and i am happy for the spec
well. Feral was generally considered to be a rogue, but worse.
I guess it’s their time to shine for now.
