As someone who has pvp-ed and sticked to SoD from p1 all the way where we are currently, I can honestly say pvp has never felt better! The pace is way closer to vanilla flavour, burst is seriously toned down, pressing heal buttons actually matters now and you can’t just choose a random target and zerg it down from 100 to 0 without giving a second thought about healers in the backline! Tanks & healers are definetely not unkillable contrary to ppl crying about it, they are just not used to having to deal with them without going regular 1-2 rotation on any target they desire and neutralizing healer capabilities completely. Overall a great change 10/10, pvp seems revitalized with more people joining in and expanding the scene, great work Blizz, a rare W!
Hunters still to spam killshot, nothing has changed, only now instead of 3800+ they shoot 1900, but your health is no longer scaled.
But other classes like SP have become even worse, my damage at 580 SPD is 103 - 109 in 3 seconds for 24 seconds (SWP), my instant Mind speak damage is 200 xD you don’t need to be a mathematician to calculate how many seconds it will take a hunter with 2k instant damage to kill me or anyone
At least the people that are playing the hero class are happy.

bro, we had this meta once in phase 2 and it sucked, and it got changed quite fast so enjoy the immortality while you can because this won’t last long.
healing unchanged while all damage from physical/magic sources are reduced by double their previous values kinda spells “BUFF” to healers without any testing needed.

Calling healers now immortal is disingenuous at best, and harmful for the game at worst, healers are indeed still killable but now you have to cc/have ms/wound/hex of weakness on target in order to down it effectively, almost as if that’s how the game was designed? Oh the mortifying ordeal of being able to heal your target without them getting bursted down in 1-2 globals, oh the tragedy! Jumping to conclusions there buddy, I play all the roles and this is a great change to combat the burst meta without them allocating non-existent resources to balance classes on a spec/class basis.
