Best pvp spec for rogues?

Hi, i’m a bit out of the loop and i’m looking for the best spec for me to pvp with?

What are the best spec/specs for each situation, (does a single spec dominate all aspects of pvp?) Would the best spec be comp based?

also, What is it that makes the best spec/specs THE best. would it be pure output or a specific utility that the spec has access too?

Just from the ladder representation, its 99% assassination. Maybe 95%, around 3-4% outlaw, between 0-1% subtlety.

Imho, outlaw is Ok, probably better than most other classes, but assassin is just too good.

Subtlety simply lacks dmg, in an age of damage.

Edit: subtlety is the microcosm of the RMD arena comp that used to dominate. Tons of control, just lacking punch.
