Dractthyr - Evoker (obviously)
Demon Hunter - Night Elf (have to)
Warlock - Gnome
Dranei - Mage
Rogue - Kul tiran
Warrior - Dark iron dwarf
Death knight - Mechagnome
Priest - Void elf
Druid - Worgen
Shaman - Dwarf
Hunter - Human
Write me your list. But u cannot use more than one race for a class, or vice versa 
Depends on the content because if its pvp humans and orcs have the best pvp racials
