Best race for fury m+?

Hi all. I’ve been running m+ and I wanna get even more serious about it. I mostly get my info from Icyveins, which in turn gets its information from other sources like Bloodmallet. It shows that in ST Mechagnomes do most DPS compared to other races and it MT they stand on a solid second place. Do you guys reckon it’s worth switching from Human to Mechagnome or Lightforged Draenei (first place on MT tierlist)?

No. Play what you want to play, don’t worry about racials, they won’t make the difference unless you’re pushing +25 or higher keys, and even then it’s probably not going to matter.

Human racials are usless for years now. ill swapped to DI dwarf… there u have everything u want. if youre playing premade with skips and maybe engineer… maybe you can play n811 too. but as you can see in MDI (di-)dwarf for everyone else is BIS.

Really, DI dwarf? Guess I might give that a chance

Yup this here. The only situations where you might consider picking a race based on a racial, is in PvP. Like NE Shadowmeld for druids/Rogue.

But all those “You take 1% less shadow dmg” type racials, are not going to be noticeable unless you take mythic+ EXTREMELY serious hehe. And even then you might not notice it.

Personally, I think it is a odd choice to pick a race based on that type of racials, and then not care about what the race looks like. I gotta look at my character constantly, so I’m not picking a race I don’t like looking at, no matter the racials.

dispelling yourself as warrior is everywhere nice to have  even questing  and for me as old raid farmer the teleports are a good nice to have

Hehe true there are racials that are nice to have in PvE. :slightly_smiling_face: I also think the “mass dispel” the Dwarf and DI Dwarf have is incredibly nice to have.

But I guess when it comes to the whole “picking a race you dislike because it has a nice racial” debate, I think the reason should be REALLY good if you wanna go that route hehe.

So when it comes to Mythic+ where a racial might make you perform 0.2% better than without the racial, it just doesn’t feel like that important of a choice. :slightly_smiling_face:

You will VERY likely complete the dungeon run with or without the racial. So like you said, it’s nice to have, but not crucial. It is very likely only in rare cases it determines if a dungeon run is successful or not. :slightly_smiling_face:

But in PvP it is different, since a racial can determine a win or loss.

If you play Druid for example, you will gain a HUGE benefit from having the NE Shadowmeld racial. :slightly_smiling_face: And in many other examples a Human, who can remove stuns, is practically mandatory if you wanna PvP. Or a Orc who has decreased CC done on them (by 20% I believe), it makes a huge difference than can result in a win or loose situation. :slightly_smiling_face:

So IF we are talking about whether or not racials matter, I would always prioritize choosing a race I like looking at for PvE.

Orc is strongest warrior dps

Blood Fury + CD

The difference is so small that it doesn’t matter. I’ve switched away from orc and noticed 0 damage difference.

Highmountain Tauren’s Bull Rush is giga.

Unbiased observation: This one speaks the truth.

I can confirm - Gnome racials are perfectly BiS for Fury.

“Gnome Warrior” I smell bias

Zandalari trolls are sooooo amazing.
Standing trolls with amazing pve racials.

Paku the windlord goves you a goblin glider on a 2 min cd. And not to forget the healing racial.

Silence, you absurdly attractive looking bovine, you!

Shh don’t tell them :scream:

Depends… I might not have heard anything if there is a position open for a simp.

The glider has 15min cooldown, I only used it as a backup for my engineering glider.
And the healing channeling breaks from pretty much any damage, so it’s not good for emergencies.
But they are really cool though, they are trolls afterall.
