what race has the best racials in lvl 120 on horde and alliance, both in pvp and pve?

That said, I hear the Zandalari self-regen is quite strong, but im not a pvp expert so dont take it from me.

wrong place to be asking but I hear orc, human, belf, nelf, pandaren and maghar racials are good for PVP. And dark iron dwarf cleanses gushing wounds
You can get very mathematical about %'s and races / racials for best race/class combos if you go to blood mallet. http://bloodmallet.com/

Love the kultiran knockback, -sadly it does not work in pvp. Just heymaking Horde off the cliff of the lumber mill would be hilarious. Though mobs seem to have a new pathing system, or it has always been there, to move around obstacles. Knock them off a ledge then see them walk the long way around while you pelt them with spells or ranged attacks.
Edit: Sorry folks miss-remembered, there was someone on wow head thatsaid it didn’t work in pvp. Might have been a different spell I read.

It does work, still, both as knockback and stun. Not sure what Algar’s on about.

It is, but really only useful as a Templar where you can bubble yourself and heal to full. Otherwise it breaks if a seagull so much as farts in your direction, making it kinda painful to use.
For PvP I’d say Human, Forsaken, Orc because they have ways of managing or limiting crowd control effects. Oh, Night Elf is good too, because Shadowmeld is hella strong.
PvE I don’t really care. I just go with whatever suits my mog.
