Best SP single target rotation new tree?

I was doing heroic dungeons, where I was about item level 220 doing at best 15K AoE where this 240 SP was doing 15K SINGLE target DPS where I did around 8K. I felt like I was doing something wrong. So I’m here to ask what rotation would be optimal?

The thing that confused me most was that we use the same Legendary & in details I noticed our damage came from the same spells in the same order. So what’s the single target rotation with the new tree?

Check icy veins quide for prepatch, single target rotation is quite similiar to shadowlands one but with some additional tweaks, best single target build at the moment revolves around mind flay with the cthun build.
