Best way to farm flightstones if your crests are not full?

So whats the best way to farm flightstones? On my main I just do mythic, but now gearing an alt and my crests are not full so Im mostly getting crests from dungeons?

Im in a funny situation that I have lots of crests, but no flightstones to use them.

You should be able to buy flightstones with crests.

Blast some +2’s with some noobs in the group.

If you have done all Campaing quests then dungeons low M+ is the way.
