Best way to farm honor in phase 4?

Hey, returning player, rank 7.

I guess the main question speaks to itself.

Also:

  • Is Stranglethorne pvp event still a thing ?

  • Are queues for WSG and AB still endless ? (like in phases 2 and 3)

  • Should we still be grouping to expect shorter queues ?

  • Are people doing AV only (knowing its mostly mass zerging from point A to B, than proper pvp) ?

  • Is eruption event world pvp worth it ?

And final and open question:

  • If today you were starting to farm honor to reach rank 10, what would you do (i mean what activities) ?

AV is the best way. Zerg from A to B… nothing else is faster then that. PvE fest, but yeah

The only option atm is AV. Dont bother with wsg and ab, its horrible…

Hey, can you elaborate ?

What is actually “horrible” with WSG and AB ?

Is it the very long queues or something else in particular ?

There is zero ab or wsg ques myguy, pvp is dead as can be in sod

PvP is dead because of how they changed the honor system, everyone farmed rank 10 in the first AV weekend of the phase and have now all “completed pvp” for this phase.

The only other reason people pvp is to grind exalted to access AV rewards, this can be done in a couple of days, so again most have already done this in one weekend.

AB & WSG are non existent as most people have farmed them in previous phases, also they are an awful way to farm honor, and rep for both these factions is easier farmed doing the open world “PVP” events.

Before patch where everyone got 30 seconds invisibility and invulnerability the event was the best way to farm honor, making a team of 20ppl and cleaning the whole mountain was from 50 up to 100k honor per event.

After patch and because everyone already R10 its still worth just for fun, but less then AV spam.

Fair shout, honor isnt awful in a decent group near raid start times

Not entirely, I’ve seen a low amount of people just rezzing and dying to get good coins per min. However I got no clue how they work.

Outside of BG weekends no.

exactly.

If there weren’t any favorites in PvP, which is just straightup horde, alliance could actually stand a chance. This is also why Horde has longer queues.
