BFA Allied races in shadowlands

Did they say anything about the accessibility of BFA allied races in shadowlands?

Will a fresh player be able to roll one from the get go or will the player have to play old content to get them?

Not yet, but there is some owl guys in the Bastion zone that looks like a possible allied race, possibly alliance and then data mining has reveal Satyrs as another possible allied race.

Yeah it have nothing about Shadowlands.
High Elf threads have more sense :sweat_smile:

Actually there is a zone in Shadowlands with some of these in it called Ardenweald.

They said they would look at allied races acquisition and pathfinder in the new leveling system at Blizzcon, that’s it

Do you have a source for the acquisition thing? I only remember them saying about old pathfinders.

It was asked in one of the shadowlands interview done at Blizzcon, but I have yet to find it (kinda saw a dozen of them over the weeks, hard to remember who asked that)

Edit : looked at a few ones, can’t find it. I’m pretty sure it was asked while talking about the level squish but without any source let’s assume it never happened and hope for the best

The only thing I remember about Allied races was them saying that they would still need to be levelled up in Shadowlands the same for Heritage. I recall nothing about them looking at how they were unlocked in the first place.

What would be even cooler is if Sethrak was faction neutral like the Pandas and could be Druids. I would trade this cow in in a heartbeat. I just want something other than a cow or troll for a Druid. Please Blizzard ppplllleeeaaassseee!!!

Yes you will have to do story of tat allied race unlocking quests and get repatuion to make them join you!

Requirements will be lowered/make it faster as Legion allied races were in BFA
