BFA and Gametime on American servers while my account is in europe

Dear Blizzard.

Today I purchased BFA through your website. I logged in to my account and went onward to billing option. After I bought BFA and Gametime, I tried to login as its been a long time since I’ve played wow, and wanted to start playing again.

For some reason, the website decided to buy BFA and game time on American servers while everything i have ever done, was on Europe servers.

Is there a way my recent purchase and gametime can be transferd to my europe account so I can continue playing on characters I already had instead of starting over.

But providing you haven’t played, and therefore “used” the purchase, if you contact the American support team via a ticket which you can make from the support webpage without logging into the game, and explain the situation, they normally cancel your purchase, and issue a refund so that you can purchase it on the correct region.
