BFA campaign will not complete (all chapters done)

I’ve completed all the three storylines:

Zuldazar 7/7 chapters
Nazmir 8/8 chapters
Vol’dun 7/7 chapters

Even so, the BFA campaign says that I’ve only completed 1/3 chapters, where the one completed is Unrest in Zuldazar, and the two incompleted are “Lost in Nazmir” and “Dunes of Vol’dun”.

I don’t get it, shouldn’t all of these be completed if I’ve completed all the storyline quests for the different zones? Am I missing something?
