Why are the monsters scaled to lv 60, should they not be level 50?
Shadowlands was 60, I’m confused.

if so, then leave it.
note: in chromie time mobs/dungeons/raids/rares/world bosses scale to your level no matter the expansion.

It was done so shadowlands can now be optional for 50 - 60. A lot of people didn’t want to go there at all so they can reach 60 in other expansions now.
