Bfa discord : No one in the chat voice channels at all. Except raids. Everyone talking in general chat ( writing and posting memes only though).
Classic discord : Social , dungeon and pvp chat channels full of people. Good chat , good conversations , lots of laughs. I get to know my guildies personnalities.
Like what is going on with bfa players ? I beg them to come on discord for a talk. I like to talk and get on with routines. It makes it feels less grindy and gets things done faster. Has talking become such an inconvenience to you all ?
Before you say " Well Jinoh , English isn’t everyone’s first language" True but most of my Classic guild make up Polish , Greek , Czech , Swedish and Dutch players. They all speak English , some not so good as others but they are talking and talking some more.
Why is retail so anti-social ? Surely it should be more social since we got way more things to Queue up for. Groups to sign up with ? I don’t get this soloist attitude. Even if you want to get your stuff done , where’s the harm letting the guild get to know you better as a person ?
it is the generation of people playing it … classic is busier because a lot fo the old vanilla players are there i guess… i miss the old vanill community… with active guilds and chats… BFA is pretty dead community wise…
i found a guild which is pretty active and talkative in retail… they are all close friends though known eachother for a long time… which is the case in most groups in wow these days… its hard to find a shoe that fits as an outsider… but wont stop me trying…
i dont mind playing solo but would rather have a group to run with.
Smells like bait, looks like bait–must be bait. Sure we’re in the pre-patch of SL but chats are far from dead, providing you look in the right places.
